About the GFCE

The GFCE is the platform for international cooperation on strengthening cyber capacity and expertise globally.

The Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE) is a multi-stakeholder community of over 250 Members and Partners including governments, international organizations, companies, and academics from all regions of the world.

Global conference on cyber capacity building (GC3B)

On 13-14 May 2025, the GFCE organized the second edition of the Global Conference on Cyber Capacity Building (GC3B), which was hosted by the Swiss Federal Department on Foreign Affairs, and held at the International Conference Centre Geneva (Switzerland).
